Unable to Create Comments

Sometimes, when you add a comment, you get this error message below:
“A user must be selected to post a comment" when the user or Guest tries to leave a comment/task on your website.

How to resolve this:
When creating a task or leaving a comment, you (or the guest user) must always select the user(s) who should be notified of the task/comment from the User tab of the task popover as shown in the screenshot below.
You should also set/choose:
- A default user (The Website Builder) will be added automatically to every task/comment, and will receive notification for every task/comment, and
- A default user (The Client) will be assigned all guest tasks/comments and receive email notifications for comments/replies to such tasks.
To set default user(s):- visit the plugin Admin dashboard => Permissions tab,
- Scroll to the Default Users section => The Website Builder and select a user from the dropdown,
- Default Users section => The Client and select a user from the dropdown.
If the problem persists after confirming the following information, you can share the website administrator credentials with us so that we can dig further and attempt to assist you in fixing the issue.
